2 Phases of 25 homes each: Phase one includes:

24 Homes per cluster: LEED or Earthcraft Certified with Universal Design features.

Detached Garages with living space above.

3 neighborhood closes or greens providing open space for community activities, neighborhood play, and gathering.

Common House On the Central Green which serves as a central gathering space with features chosen by the residents. Typical features include a large kitchen/dining area, fireplace, library, and bedrooms available by reservation. Additional features could include a craft studio, pottery kiln, children's playroom

Pedestrian Lanes, neighborhoods with no traffic zones: cars are routed around the living area allowing areas for safe roaming.

Community Gardens, orchards, natural space between the two clusters. Community Supported Agriculture and a farmers market is an option for the residents.
